Do you do custom orders? 

Yes! Most pre-existing designs can be customised. If you would like a design in a different colour or a completely unique design contact me and I’ll let you know what can be done! Prices will also be determined as soon as you let me know the details of your custom order. I don't do portraits. so keep in mind that every custom design can only be shapes, colours, or cartoon characters. The more detailed the design the more it will cost.

 

Where do you ship?/ Do you ship Globally?

Sunkissed Universe currently Ships to Canada, France, UK and the US. However, if you are outside these area and want to place an order, just contact us through the 'contact us' tab we will gladly estimate a shipping price for you. 

 

Order Update

Sunkissed will work on all orders once they are processed through, please be patient as some items mat take 7-10 days to ship, this all depends on what you purchase specifically. Please email sunkisseduniverse@gmail.com for order updates and  any questions or concerns.

 

There’s a problem with my order I need to return an item/I want a refund. 

 

Can I cancel my Order?

 

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it can be fully refunded. Please contact us at Sunkisseduniverse@gmail.com with your order number and we can take care of it for you!

Your order cannot be refunded if it has already been fulfilled.

All items can possibly take up to 3-4 weeks to ship out due to everything being made to order and hand painted

 

There is a problem with my order/issues/complains

Leather Bag Care: How do I care for my purse?

Take care to not let water absorb into the leather. If your handbag gets very wet, wipe off excess moisture as soon as possible. Do not dry the leather with a hairdryer; let it air dry.

Do not use cleaning products that contain alcohol, as these will dry out and possibly discolour your leather purse or bag. 

 

Stained Purse/How do I clean my Purse?

We recommend a small amount of dish soap and warm water on the affected area.
